What Type of Hair is This? How Long Will It Last?
Wigs By Kristann only sells the high quality of Premium Virgin Human Hair. The hair can be bleached, dyed, and chemically altered. As long as the instructions provided on the care card are followed, the hair can last at least 18 months. There are a variety of textures available for purchase as stock wigs, and with time we hope to expand to even more stock options!
Does My Wig Have to Be Glued Down?
No! Your wig does not have to be glued down to look natural. Go to the Tutorials Tab and you can watch the video titled " How To: Apply a Glueless Frontal Lace Wig" for more information on applying a glueless wig. If you would like guidance on how to lay it down using gels and adhesives there is another video titled how to apply a Wig Glued!

Shipping and Processing Times
After paying for your order on WIGS BY KRISTANN, it typically takes 3 to 5 business days for payment processing. Note: Processing times may be shorter or longer.
As soon as your order is processed, we will ship out your order and you will receive a notification with the tracking details. Please note that shipping times differ depending on the shipping you select, as well as what items you order.
****Custom Wigs will have a longer processing time due to the fact that there is customization involved. The time table for a stock wig to be shipped is immediately after payment has processed. The time table for a custom wig to be shipped is after payment is processed and after customization is complete!
